Sketches

‘Sketches’ is an ongoing series of Internet-based audio/video experiments. This series is comprised of original scores set to manipulated found video content intended to encapsulate a brief moment.
The goal of ‘Sketches’ is to create short clips that encompass a singular feeling and vision rather than a long form piece. ‘Sketches’ was inspired by the way social media has influenced the viewer to quickly sift through vast amounts of content while spending only a fraction of a moment on any one thing. The name of the series was derived from the way these short-form pieces feel like a sketch for something bigger to come, although the intention is for these clips to remain exactly what they are.
